Just what is in Boris Johnson’s Withdrawal agreement regarding the relocating of the border and how do the Americans fit in?

In order to remove the backstop, and keep his no deal Brexit alive, Boris Johnson moved the border from within Ireland to within the UK in his withdrawal agreement. With American influence this could now lead to the selling off of the NHS and lowering of food standards, and nobody even seems to know how the border will work.
